👋Before we proceed, let me provide a quick overview of Lavareach.
Overview
Lavareach offers AI-driven solutions for customer research. Integration with various data sources helps sales teams identify triggers as well as find prospects. Personalised LinkedIn and email campaigns help salespeople target their marketing activities.
"The current homepage the website looks like a concept that has not yet appeared in the real world and is still being developed and appears to be so naïve that they will not take it seriously. Users are unable to quickly and effectively communicate functionality, resulting in a poor user experience.
In addition, Lavareach faces challenges in differentiating the value of the platform as well as CTA, resulting in insufficient user conversion.

Final Design
Based on the competitor analysis and the design requirements provided by the client, the main design decisions for the Landing page were made at the following levels The Landing page reinforces how Lavareach's AI solution helps streamline the process of identifying targeted, high-quality customers in the sales industry. The functional area outlines the services available and emphasises its single-function independence from competitors. Personalised CTA buttons and real user reviews to encourage users to get more information and take part in free trials. Optimised colour zoning on the page to improve consistency and visual fluency.

Exploring the Problem

Clearly define the product functionality, increase brand credibility and user conversions, while keeping the pages user-friendly and visually appealing

Competitor Analysis
As a startup company, the safest way to get a homepage that follows the general concepts of the industry is to visually present the current types of services in a way that meets industry trends. In order to figure out why people choose Lavareach, we conducted a competitive analysis, mainly to clarify the following parts:

Value proposition displayed in the homepage

The overall structure of the homepage

Focus of headline and content copy

We found that social proof (credibility) as well as clear content presentation (core product) were important.
Therefore, we further pinpointed what Lavareach offers by optimising the headline copy in combination with visual graphics. We also enhanced the credibility of the content by adjusting the length of partner and user reviews.

Final Design
Hero Section

The "Get started" CTA button looks like an email input box rather than a free sample invitation

The title and content text do not clearly describe the product's functionality, which can be distracting to users

Change the style of the top CTA and the text "Try it free" to match the user's habitual mental model.

Modify the title and subtitle, and add the software page display, visual content combined with a short description of what the software does.

Key Features

The background colours are clearly demarcated and visually cut off, detracting from the aesthetics of the page

The silver gradient of the headline is similar in colour to the background, and the secondary image fails to highlight its content features
​

Existing CTAs are few and far between and don't play a leading role

The clearly demarcated gradient background that I eliminated was replaced with an orange diffuse light taken from the Lavareach palette. Maintaining Consistency and Reading Fluency

Reworked the style of the display images to surface their personalisation and AI-assisted features

CTA buttons were added and styled consistently, with text content adapted to the functionality of the feature

Review

Too small avatars and job titles reduce users' trust in them

The final CTA section is not prominent enough to maintain user retention

Use card-based customer reviews, add star ratings and highlight avatar and job title information to increase credibility

Success Metric
All in all, the ultimate goal of this project is to increase the conversion rate as well as the retention rate of organic users.
Although the remaining functionality of the page is still under development, it is encouraging to see that the client has well received the page. Working with the development team, we have been able to get the initial design live, and the next step is to test the page further to get accurate statistics.
